Knowing that Cobra Radar detectors of old weren't the greatest, I decided to invest in their latest unit based on my satisfaction with their dash cams (of which I have one for each car). Although I have had the unit for only a short time, I am impressed with the lack of false warnings, distance to source, and the breadth of areas for customization all at a reasonable price. I am pleased with the SPX7700 and would definitely recommend it.
